Corner block issue

Extension underway. I have decided to incorporate a water pipe upgrade that will go into the extension rather than the existing house to avoid drains and digging up driveway. Only trouble is, because we didn't know exactly where it should enter, having met with the water pipe company today, it was decided to put the required trunking through a part of the extension that has already been built up. Part of the concrete footing had to be cut through as well to achieve the required 750mm depth.

So the bottom corner block on the inner skin has had to be removed (half will be put back at the corner itself with a lintel), and half of the block on the outer skin. Again, a small lintel will be used in the outer skin. My concern is that this is going on at the corner of the structure and you can see on the outer skin how how that remaining half block will need to be cut in to in order to insert a small lintel, before the trunking is enclosed by bricks and mortar.

Question: does this look/sound ok for what is a corner of the extension, structurally speaking?

Thanks, 23... so you don't think that remaining small block holding up the corner is a problem?
