Well, not 100%, but I'm happy to go along with the thoughts of the CIA, it's probably the 2nd best intelligence agency after MI6, of course MI6 are keeping quiet and there are only small deliberate leaks from the CIA. What are your thoughts? other than it's a load of old ****** and Boris Johnson is responsible for killing everyone in the country?

I'll make one but work out what the Chinese reported themselves to the WHO yourself
I will add why it is as it is. We have what might be the early stages of another disease that they feel may be covid related as there are more than the usual number of cases cropping up so all medics have been asked to keep an eye out for the symptoms. China like the UK reports all cases of flu like symptoms. No one will look closely at them unless they start getting unusual - covid did with bells on.

How about adding in population densities, as I said before.
England.......424 people per sq kilometre.
Germany......232 people per sq kilometre
France.........118 people per sq kilometre
Italy............ 200 people per sq kilometre
Spain...........92 people per sq kilometre
No wonder our infection rate/deaths are greater.
