Really it's pretty clear that the main problem is lack of Chine, Korea, Singapore people tracking but if we had it the number of tests that we can do may have prevented even that from working as well as it has for them.
Maybe the Germans have sufficient fluent Mandarin speakers to translate their software.
The Irish are going to manually track via interviews - didn't work out very well for us did it but their health man has said he will track them out of it.
100,000 tests and amazon. Can't see their drivers using swabs. They might collect and send to labs. More likely delivering immunity test kits and not to everybody. It's not that easy to be sure tests are 100% so the suggestion of Porton being used to check isn't daft.
