A more sensible solution would be to teach your children to swim, fit life buoys where necessary, have life guards on popular beaches and to have signs discouraging bathing and educate people on the dangers of rip tides etc.People could drown if they go swimming, shall we ban swimming just in case?
A more sensible solution would be to set up an investigative body (lets call it say AAI?) when accidents do occur and put in place as many safety features as possible and perhaps use decades of accident information to make safety improvements. Crew aircraft with a trained team and have that team inform passengers etc. We can call them flight attendants.A plane could crash, shall we ground every plane just in case?
No. But we could make them as safe as is reasonably possible and make it a law that all drivers be insured...?A car could crash, shall we ban all motor vehicles?
Some ladders should be footed and some ladders belong in a skip. Remember not to pitch them too steep and always tie them off.People could fall off a ladder, shall we ban ladders?
Etceteraaaa.
