We’re looking to buy a first floor flat in a Victorian building. How serious do you believe this crack by the window is? Attaching external and internal view. Thank a lot in advance

Bay windows can move as sometimes the water and sewage pipes went under after house was built 100 years ago and the ground sunk.

Also bays sometimes have poorly maintained drains near causing ground to get saturated with water.
