Cracked Interior Wall - how severe?

Looked at a house to buy - after an experts opinion on these cracks (see pics). All around same window.
The adjacent exterior brickword doesnt appear to have any cracks.
Doesnt move when pressed down.

Probably legacy shrinkage cracks

the one above the window is likely to be a bit of movement between concrete lintel and surrounding masonry

Impossible to know what the one is below the window board - it could just be a block perp joint that moved and cracked.

I would say it’s all just superficial

I would guess this is a house that had an elderly person living in it so probably hasn’t been decorated for years

Less Columbo, and more Ironside

No building/roof weight under window sill so they always crack with ground movement.
Corner of house is a week point especially wall and ceiling line.
Above window to the side is a lintel crack. Very common again...
Normally a crack above top corner of room door as well

Just needs filling and decorating

That first photo - the crack is right next to where the handrail bracket once was, presumably removed to fit the stairlift. Pre-stairlift, someone was hauling themselves heftily up the stairs, so that bracket had a lot of force pulling downwards on it, with the weight of just two bricks above it. It would be amazing if it hadn't moved.
