Good point Richard - if it's a new build then it should have an independent zoning control system. Also, not sure it's the recommended 150mm off the ground to allow for adequate airflow

The particular “nail” I’m referring to is to do with BR’s covering heating provision in a conservatory (or porch) rather than regulations governing the design of the heating system itself. Any heating system in a cons. must be capable of independent temperature regulation & isolation from the main system; it's to do with energy conservation again but not difficult to achieve.
