Hi All,tis me back again picking your well oiled noggins!
Half way through me bathroom now ,just fitted the bath .traps ect,wot a pain in the A***! Anyway all in now turned my water on ,no leaks to speak of but my hot water from the mixewr is crap, yet still ok from the basin. The mixer has a shower thingy with a pressure button but this only works when thew cold water boosts it up,FFFfreezing!!
Is there a reason for this, foriegn tap?? it came in a box with french mumbo jumbo all over so I guess its french,is there a different water pressure abroad ? My old mixer worked the shower fine, thats the odd thing . . help
cmon ,you know you want to!!!

Do you have mains cold to these taps, or 'tank' fed?

Do you have stored hot water, or a combi boiler?

Why do people wander into the sheds see something that looks pretty and buy it without checking that its suitable for their system

Can we have a 'shaking head with disbelief' emoticon please mr Mod?

I do sympathise about the foreign instructions though. I might do a post with some of the quotes from the translated Chinese instructions on a steam room I've been working on. Laugh a minute they are.

it is hot water from the water tank,a primatic (but thats another story!!).
So not really ran off a boiler .
And it was supplied by a seller of suites ,I bought the lot,bog bath sink ,taps, traps ect so You presume ( I know NEVER presume) that everything supplied is ok,unless he states otherwise, Im sur ein french it will have somewhere only to be used where the pressure is 5 bar or whatever, give him his due he said it might be faulty and he will change it,but I reckon it is the pressure prob,as my old mixer was a small handle
in the middle left hot/right cold,no pressure prob with that.

I want an emotion glowing red like this  but stcking two fingers up at the world for the frustration I had with the waste pipes and the rest,no fun!!
