When I full lock, and drive my car makes a low pitch creeking sound. Sounds like it's coming from drivers side and maybe passengers side. Does anyone know what this could be or what to test to rule out what it could and couldn't be?

If it only happens, at absolute full lock/wheel turned tight against the stops - likely it will be the stops creaking. Just smear a bit of grease on the surface of the stops.

Not very clear but it's worn CV's to me.
I have known squeals when a vehicle is turning tight against the lock stops (Pick up type vehicle) but only when it's going over a bump and the suspension is working.

You might consider divulging the make, model, age and mileage of the vehicle

And including some pics.

Have you had people adjusting the tracking? If so did they adjust both sides or only one side? If they have only done one side they the noise could be the tyre rubbing on the (inner) wing. Check the tyres for damage.

I have to do this every couple of years on my van otherwise I get this horrible noise.

It's a hyundai getz 2006, with around 155k miles

That car's done well for a budget brand. Cheap motoring. Suppose it's a Jap engine, at least Jap design which helps - and must have had a reasonable level of maintenance over the years. If the body is ok and rest of mechanics are up together, worth chucking a new cv joint or driveshaft on it. Shouldn't be massive money.

I take good care of it, been my first car after I got it from my mum, when I got it has new oil, filters, tires, plugs, the lot. 0 rust too so it's doing well. I'll get the car up on Sunday see if I can see anything

Great, little bit of maintenance - especially clean oil, filter changes and making sure antifreeze is good - keeps cars alive. Sounds like a few years left in it. I would be hanging onto it - much better than the over complicated ssh!te that's been made in last 10 or so years.

Only problem is it burns oil and bit, and sometimes when it's cold it doesn't lock all the doors via the key or inside door lock but other than that ill keep it for ages
