Tranny is probably thinking of the scandal of £2.6 million of the taxpayer's money being squandered on setting up a Trump-style briefing room, kitted out with Union Jacks, wood panelling, Downing Street branded podiums, a stage and tv equipment, but which is now not going to be used.

The money could have spent, instead, on some mink toilet seat covers for Boris' private jet. Or on a non-existent Garden Bridge, or a Track and Trace system that doen't work.

Boris does love wasting public money.
