Never got anything in ɓĺòóðÿ stock.

Tried to buy a heat pump tumble dryer. ..Nope

They claim they won't be beaten on price then add £30 to have it delivered.

How they stay in business amazes me.

I usually buy our large electrical from either ao.com or John Lewis. JL usually give an extra years guarantee on their electrical items.

I want to use local shops, otherwise we won't have them anymore. I did however use John Lewis for my Sage bean to cup coffee ☕️ machine. As I wanted it in blue .

Too much upselling at Currys in-store. They push you to buy added on items so I prefer to order online which they are fine with. I've bought a few things from them.

Also look online for discount codes although many are subject to minimum spend and don't forget topcashback as that can offset any delivery charge.
I drop the seats in car and go fetch items if I can to avoid the delivery charge. Think we all expect free delivery but why? Pick up is free. Delivery needs to be paid for.
I do know someone that won't pay for delivery on anything. If it's not free delivery then they won't buy item. Cracks me up

If they had it in store then I'd pick it up. But you have to have it delivered @£30 if its not in stock.

That annoys me. Fair enough, if they’ve laid out money and have it in stock, I’d happily pay the price but when they've laid out nothing and only have to make a phone call, it should be cheaper!

Banks make more money with doors shut, and that was in the 60s. Think about metro bank, as I had a conversation with a bank manager some years ago about that outfit. He could not work out how they could survive.
Retail has gone the same way.....
Low or no stock held at outlets as it's dead money.
All run by accountants.
It's frustrating when you just want to go out and buy machine but can't.
Forced to order online and pay postage.
Just the way it is. Rant away though. Think we've all got frustrated with it

Take a look at the Currys facebook page, it is nothing but negative comments, literally every single thing Currys post on their page has dozens of terrible customer experiences tagged to them, it's hilarious. Shocking company. I'm amazed they actually let customers comment.
