Cutting and laying travertine fireplace tiles

I've got a fireplace to lay with travertine tiles.

Do they need a diamond wet tile cutter? What's the best adhesive/grout for a travertine fireplace?

The tiles need to be sealed too, don't they (Lithofin?)?

Can anyone help with this please?

I've got some sealant for the tiles which I think needs to go on after adhesive but before the grout.

If I go for a pale adhesive and grout I guess that will look best with travertine but I wondered if the heat from the fire would be an issue?
