Cutting length of extension lead?

I agree with iggifer, don't get the cheapo ones! After a short while the plastic becomes so brittle it will break with the gentlest of pressure resulting in a potentially dangerous situation.

Don't think screwfix like 10m leads as there are none

just need a plug and some flex. will definitely have screws as you have to wire it yourself

And will cut to length it hasn't screws at back and whilst it's not heavy duty it's not Poundland either so hopefully Be ok....

And it's got a rewirable plug, so you won't have to bin that.
