Love your comment - It is a C. H brick here in Sussex. I feel sorry for the brickies handling those 'orrible things. They're probably all dead now.Get it all off and see what it looks like. It may be ok.
Then just render it.
LBC rustic is such a council house brick, whoever made that design wants smacking with a decent brick.
You can still get LBC rustics, or ibstock do one as well.Wire cut bricks -probably difficult to obtain a match.
I'd say more like five days. But the probelm with "specialisits" is they can charge what they like. Get more quotes, but these companies tend to be close on pricing, verging on collusion.
Rendering looks like the most viable option.
Alternatively, put Vera's cladding back on. It's been 40's years now, so it's due for a come back.
Correct. Not the prettiest.LBC rustic is such a council house brick, whoever made that design wants smacking with a decent brick.
LBC Rustic copies are easily gettable even in 73mm format.....Wire cut bricks -probably difficult to obtain a match.
