Hello,
Looking for a little bit of advice as to perhaps best course of action for trying to overcome some persistent damp in a bedroom bay window area.
Attached photos to show internal view / condition of damp currently Oct 2024. External view of the pebble dash rendering. Also a view of the roof.
Guess before going and potentially buying new windows, albeit they likely need replacing anyway. I wondered whether the issue could potentially be either the rendering or the bay roof.
During winter months we suffer terribly with condensation on these windows. Using a karcher window vac we almost have to empty it half job due to the sheer amount of water it takes in.
Therefore any help or guidance much appreciated.
Regards
Daniel
