Damp or leak?

The last damp treatment we had they took the walls back to brick, used 2 coats of this special render and then re-skimmed. It was done over 2 years ago now and no signs of any damp returning so I’d say they done a good job. It’s under warranty for the next 8 years aswell. I’ll contact them again most likely but will also check under the floor for leaks etc and check what’s going on with the DPC outside. Thanks for the advice :)

The door install looks dubious , the trim is probably hiding a lot . Externally I would expect to see mortar finishing off the frame to wall not plastic trim .
Easy way in for rain given the exposed door.
Can’t see any drip bar at top of opening.

OP,
1. The outside ground level is far too high. Lower the ground level. Where is the original DPC line?
2. Previous DPC injection holes filled with large blobs of S&C can be seen - is the wall cavity or solid?
3. The original pointing & the attempted re-pointing needs raking out to 25mm depth, & doing again.
4. Cracks & splits in the bricks in pic #7 can be seen. Polyurethane sealant could be injected.
5. The interior galv angle bead needs replacing with a plastic angle bead. Defective plaster cab be seen.
No need to rip up any floor or flooring - simply lift the carpet. Roll it back from the front of the hall.
6. High up in pic #4 there's a faint indication of rust(?). Is the room above a bath room?
7. Locate any external water meter & observe for movement after isolation.
8. At some future date replace the lead water service with a plastic service.

From what we know so far, I would suspect the high ground level across the frontage - the pointing - & the new door incorrectly fitted.
