Damp wood due to hole beneath kitchen floor level

You have now introduced a white Pvc down pipe that seems to be discharging into what - where?
?
Into a gulley with a plastic grid - do keep up tell. Has "woody" confused you about decking on the other thread?

Here are pictures of the entire area I'm working with. The damp on the skirting boards is on both sides of the doorway so decking splashback seems to be the likely culprit here? I've cut two pieces of the rotten decking to get a view underneath. Looks like some membrane is covering beams underneath but open gap channel next to house. Took some pictures there too. I will look into a bricked area near the doorway. A friend has also suggested putting a grated drainage channel along side the doorway and conservatory to stop the splashback.
