Dent in Oak Worktop

Hello! Just oiled our oak worktops in the kitchen with tung oil, looks great until I dropped a tool on the surface. Now have a dent about 10 mm long by 2 mm wide and 3 mm depth.

Any suggestions please as what to use as a filler, which I can then oil over?

hello. you can try to steam it out. get a damp/wet towel, and place over the dent then put a hot iron on the towel for a few seconds at a time until the dent rises.

try it you will be amazed.
