All I know is the re-closer / breaker at the top of the pole is closed so assume it maybe live.

Just curious. Why is there 3 cores from the pole when there is only 2 cables overhead?
Edit - As it's the end of the line there must be a support cable down to ground to stop the pole getting pulled over, does this function as an earth and is one of the cores connected to it?
