DEWALT table saw cutting out.

Hi,
My Dewalt table saw has served well for a couple of years but is now occasionally tripping the cut-out.
Any suggestions where i should look for the problem/solution?..

first check the motor brushes then the switch

....and see that the motor air vents are clear.
Is it tripping a thermal cut out on the machine, or tripping a breaker in the fuse box?

Thanks for the replies guys.
It's the thermal cut out on the saw (Dewalt D27400). Sometimes starts, the revs rise , then trips.
I'll check out your suggestions in the morning, not sure about brushes, I think theres a capacitor.
