my mate is a police inspector and there is a lot of bad feeling about this type of organisation, they know they cannot start a white police association

Going to digress but that's the beauty of GD... WHY? I mean why on earth not? If there's an Association of Black Officers, why not one for officers who are White, Oriental etc? If there is to be a 'balance', fairness then why not?
