You could put together a little pack of documents. Maybe an as-built drawing showing a section through the foundation, copy of the building regs documents and completion certificate, if you have one. Bundle it up with a letter headed party wall details or something. As said, party wall awards or notices are irrelevant now but I can't see any harm in giving them details under the heading of party wall.
Sorry, but I really do struggle with things that are completely unnecessary, and of no value.
The Act was not used. That's it. There is nothing that can be done now, nothing at all. No amount of letters, words, plans, documents can change that fact.
Apologise, tell them that there is nothing that can be done now, nothing that can be provided, nothing that can be said, and just move on. Is it really that hard to do in this situation? If something happens at some random future date, then you just deal with it then.
He could go round and tell them to get a life and stop wasting his time but not everybody thinks like that. The bloke wants to give them something to try and keep good relations. If he wants to spend a bit of time to do that what's the harm.
