Difficult boxing in of toilet pipes

Hi, we have just had a new toilet fitted, and want to box in the pipework. However, if you look at the photo the waste pipe on the left, is further forward than the exit waste pipe of the toilet at the back, making boxing in quite difficult, you cannot do a natural box across the back.
Any thoughts, the only one i can think of is move the toilet forward.

Any help appreciated.

If there is space, move toilet forwards and board across the whole lot, so you have a flat wall behind the toilet.
Or get an alternative toilet with the cistern concealed in the wall.
