Diverter Repair Kit made no difference

CONCLUSION

Hopefully this mayhelp someone in future.

IT WAS THE PUMP. Not enough guts to get the pin on the diverter up into the microswitch enough. Replaced pump for £100 +£60 labour.

It was actually you Tony Agile that made me get someone else in to look at it after what you said.

I called Halstead Dimplex and got one of their warranty men to come look at it. He had it done within the hour.

Anyone bothered to check the pump? ie that it's turning with sufficient torque and not clogged.

Pull out the pump and check the torque...if it's ok the impeller should take a fair effort to stop...use a glove/cloth to grip it.
