Anyone had a dog with sudden onset dizziness?

Anyone had a dog with sudden onset dizziness?

Ear infection?

Vet has ruled this out, also toxin or poisoning. We are guessing it maybe caused by an unwitnessed head trauma, but we just don't know. She's been dizzy for about 4 days and is now on anti epilepsy drugs. She has seizures when sleeping. She's just under a year and a half and this has come on very quick.
