I agree unlikely they would be made and a shaver socket is for shavers not tooth brushes they are intermittent rated not continuous so a tooth brush which you need to plug in to use would be OK but one you want to charge for an extended time should be charged outside the bathroom.Dual 230v shaver sockets would have to contain two separate transformers, or a transformer with two completely separated secondary windings, but in both cases it would have a very limited market and cost a fortune. Not likely that any manufacturer would even consider making such a thing.
Those single plate MK sockets don't contain a transformer and so can't be fitted in a bathroom unless more than 3m from the shower or bath, and in the unlikely event of that actually being possible, you might as well fit standard socket outlets.
Set the shaver to 110 v and plug it into the other socket.
