The point has been raised that you can't plug two items into the same isolation transformers winding. This is because a fault on two items could mean you could get a shock where it's unlikely you would get multi faults on the same item giving the same result.
So double adaptors, and non transformer outlets even if both feed from a 20VA isolation transformer should not be used. The way the shutters are arranged with switches on the shutters make the unplugging of an item also switch off the supply the straight plugs mean if holding the shaver you fell into the bath it would unplug its self.
As I said before in the main they are not designed to be in continuous use, but there are exceptions and these have a picture of a tooth brush with picture of a shaver so show they can be used for tooth brushes.
