Hi imstill running an.old sky hd box which ive been able to watch on various tvs around the house via a coax cable i installed and a Triax Link that's fed out of the boxes rf feed
Alls worked fine until I've just changed the TV. Now when I turn off the main TV the picture stays on the subsidiary tvs for about 30 seconds then comes up with a error message that says "this display does not support hdcp" Can't understand this as sky box remains on ,why should turning TV off affect boxes output
Tried all the Google advice about unplugging hdmi cables etc.
Be grateful for any info

I know nothing about hdcp but I have a sky Q box that turns off automatically whenever I turn off my Samsung smart tv. I know there is a setting on both my sky box and tv that lets me choose whether to turn off the sky box when I turn off my tv.

It may be worth checking the various settings on both your sky box and tv.

Hi Thanks for the reply The issue is it's not turning off the sky box just the rv output at the back for some.reason or at least affects the signal it puts out as I say used to be able to turn main tv off and watch sky in any room on then co.ax network but not anymore .
