Just checking, is ok to use both/ mix 1.5mm and 1mm T&E in lighting circuit wiring?

Yes, as long as the overload protection for the circuit is suitable for the entire circuit.

I'm gussing its on a standard 6A braker. I basically want to come off the end of line lighting point upstairs to feed a flood light.
