You read about so many accidents between cyclists and vehicles on our cities streets.
So not allow a cyclist to wear a rotating amber beacon on their helmet?
I know what you're thinking...knobs and heads comes to mind, but no, I'm thinking of something super low profile that emits a rotating beam of orange light that will be visible from a greater distance than any bike light.
Would it be illegal?

Set to medium on dark roads and low in town. As bright as car headlights. No problem being seen. Assuming the other road users are looking.
