I think it is a labour MP who has dug out an old Parliamentary rule from1802? (I think) which would enable her to be kicked out, but if enforcing the rule to kick her out, they would also have to kick out Sinn Fein MPs.

What's she's actually like as a political person behind the scenes (competency wise) I have no idea, however whenever you see her on tv she oozes a vibe of incompetence. And many of the articles on her would appear to back this up.

Basically her brief flirtation with power was on the back of her undying loyalty to Borris, rather than any inherent ability at that level. I belive there is no requierment to swear loyalty to the crown for the NI Assembly. Also their fierce opposition is to UK Parliament ruling over NI.
