what you need is..

one of these..

one of these..

two of these..

one of these..

and a double backbox..

you could also substitute one or 2 of these for the switches if you liked..

fit a 5 amp fuse in the holder and a terminal block in the back of the box to connect the neutrals into.. ( or use double pole switches )
