Downlight Positioning

I ended up changing the arrangement to the attached but am now concerned as the light will be behind me when standing at the sink this will cause a shadow over the sink. Haven’t had the ceiling plastered yet so still have time to change it or do people think it will be ok. Any views/advice.

Which arrangement would be best?

Most of them have heat pads too, so no misted up mirrors after showering
Thanks it does, should I be concerned about shadowing from the postion of the downlights or do you think they will be ok. Can change now if needed. Didnt know if you were aksing about the mirror as this will make a difference to the shadowing?Thanks again Attached is the arrangment that I have drilled already and the one in red is another option. I am concerned about shadows over the sink
