Downpipe Conflict

It’s not great photos I’m afraid the chap doing it for me had a bit of a shakey video

They say a picture paints a thousand words but in this case I've been blindfolded

If it's on their side can they restrict it's use?

How about first you tell us?
Who's side does the downpipe come down to??

Give us an overall picture of both houses AND tell us which side you are on?

Unscrew the hopper and lower by wriggling bottom pipe down 2 inch that should give you space . Then re fix hopper in new lower position ... your neighbour can’t say a word as you haven’t touched or cut ‘his’ bit of pipe. If he was my neighbour though I’d tell him he has a problem with ‘his ‘pipe and needs to get his workmen back to correct the problem which as you know is pipe to long Good luck
