i have had several of these heat exchangers leak like this

i'd like to hear back from the op on this one then as i've never heard of this fault....

any other boilers this can occur on?

anything that uses that big square h/e. quite a few of the greenstars models used them befroe they started using that pain in the arse tubular h/e.

usually the obvious signs are an awful lot of topping up and the biggest plume you have ever seen from a condenser.

simple to change though.
