earthing arrangement

cant identify the earthing type in my h

16mm main conductor dissapears throgh wall behind DB doesnt seem to be connected anywhere near cut out:

cables run up into loft then through wall to next door (overhead supply?)

measured ze at 108 ohms would this be indication of tt

Could be TT. That 16mm must go somewhere..

Pls post photo of the incoming cable head, the fuseboard and anything else you might think is relavent.
 
The Ze would indicate TT but you cannot be certain, like Taylor says the 16mm must go somewhere.

I am up to Hartlepool this weekend with a similar MEB problem.

There is no connection to the service head at all, and NEDL won't tell me what they know.

The Services bonding appears to be present (in the wrong ways in the CU) but I cannot find the other end(s) in the obvious places, so I will give half an hour more to hunting them down and then pull in new bonding a terminate them where they are supposed to be and are accessible!!!
