I think your ecenomy 7 timer will be the property of the supplier and should only be changed by them?

Contact the company that supplies you/the tenant with electricity.

Is the system Electratech or the later Smartheat if it is Electratech you will have a DB full of relays and MCBS, Smartheat will have a DB without relays and the switches at the heaters will incorporate receivers so will be bigger than normal

Is it the keypad that you are after

AFAIK there are no spares available, is the keypad asking for a code or is it dead

Yes the keypad will not allow clock settings you have to press 1 on the keypad and this is the number that is dead normally pressing other numbers gives out a beep. But 1 does not bleep.

advice gleaned from other sources suggest that you can re-set the keypad by removing it and shorting out the 2 pins on the back whilst pressing any button..

no chance you have a duff one lying about you could post a photo of.. or a working one for that matter..

this has my interest peaked.. I wonder if it would be that hard to make a replacement? there must be a market for them, if somewhat limited..

since the company whent bump, what's the legal standpoint of ripping off their designs for replacement parts?

or even better, does the manual have any contact details for the company in it?

might be able to trace them somehow..
