BAS dear, there's very little risk from withdrawing a company (modern).. fuse under no load conditions - and only a very slight risk from an elderly (e.g. Isco) cut-out.
I know that you prefer people to 'go by the book', but it isn't always possible to do so when you're self-employed - when the best you can hope for is to play as safe as possible. I have no idea whether the O/P is self-employed, or not, of course..........
