Electric Velux stuck open

Hello All, We had a Velux gpu sk06 electric velux installed about 4 years ago. This was operating fine until this evening. The window remains open and the remote neither opens or closes. I have tried resetting the widow and when I press the reset on the window it makes a beeping sound after 10 secs to indicate its ready to be paired with the remote so there is power going to the unit. The priority at this stage it to close the window but I am unable to find any instructions on how this can be done manually. The control bar allows the window to be swung to the cleaning position but I can't figure out how to close the window. Given the current weather I'm really hoping someone can assist. Thanks

If not look up a way to remove the motor if you cant shut it with the chain in the way?

Thanks SpecialK. I did have a look at the video but its for a pivot with the chain just on the top. The GPU SK06 is top hung with 2 chains on either side with no similar release clip I can see

I cant even find a decent manual for the online only this https://contenthub.velux.com/api/public/content/product-guide_454362?v=ed3ff206 which doesnt help. You would think hitting the reset would make it learn without the remote?
