Yeh could be i will dig the manual out the shed and have a look

No... your instructions say 30 milli-amp RCD! Get the electrician in to do it and then you can concentrate on the fish!

would this work any advice how i would connect up to consumer unit

Yes

If a new circuit use (2.5mm or 4mm) swa from cu, using 20amp or 32amp mcb.
Use correct glands on swa & terminate correctly.

To be honest it will end up being just as well to use a sparks if you cant terminate swa or are unsure how to connect to cu.

Anyway gotta go now.
