havent seen the video you are on about but if it motivates you then thats good.
My hubby's gym instructor is very fit and good looking and when they go running, he jokes about the sight of her bottom keeping him going for those extra miles!
I am not threatened by this... she is lovely and her triceps are better than mine!!!!!
I am not able just yet to get back into physical tip tip top condition due to past ill health but I will get there... and in the meantime hey... if the instructress motivates my hubby to keep in shape then that is a good thing.
Is it not well known that we are all attracted to good looking people of the opposite sex?
my hubby is not an exception to this.
We dont play the field and I think it is normal to accept that our partners will find film stars or people closer to home attractive... so long as they dont act on it.

I enjoy the Dance Channel on as Im home during the day , except for womens beach volley ball ,athletics ..high jump ...hmmm..gymnastics,aerobics ,tennis..this week young asian all bouncying all over the court , even bloke presenter was making rude/sly comments ,lol

Have you ever watched a music channel called "U"?
It is an urban music channel... a few years ago, a week after I first ever got Sky, I was sitting there one Friday evening, chatting with my then-partner when all of a sudden I realised there were naked women dancing around on TV
