Edit: sorry, the video's from the newer model, but I believe the settings should still be available when you press the 'car' symbol button next to the touch screen.

Might there be something in "vehicle" or "vehicle settings"? Or maybe a button on the steering wheel or one of the stalks?

They changed two of the injectors and when I asked about the warning sign they plugged their box in and ran the diagnostics.
It showed up as healthy with no problems. I think he tried running through the dashboard menus but couldn't find it.
I'll have a look tomorrow at what RG has suggested and if we can't sort it the garage said to bring it back and they will have a go.

Pleased it’s running properly again - it’s still low mileage for injector failure though.
Frequent filter changes recommended !
