Part of a party who fought an election to deliver Brexit.

There are SNP members against a 2nd independence referendum, but we can still say that the SNP are in favour of independence.

And yet the tories, who have capitulated to their provisional wing of no-deal Brextremists, can't agree on a Brexit and keep voting against every option.

Have you not read DP's learned analysis of the outcomes of leaving the EU with no deal and trading on WTO terms with them, and the rest of the world?

Govt provides (some or all) money for say, a sports centre, art gallery, whatever.
People are employed to work there.
People are employed to clean and maintain it.
People use it. Some might go beyond just using it, but decide to start a sports team, become a personal trainer, or develop their latent interest in art into a source of income.
