Having recently received a NIP, I have been thinking long and hard about the latest "policy" of Gatsomania etcetera...
Now it has come to me - I don't know why it took so long!
Joe Public end up Gatso'd out of their licences, and hey presto! The numbers of vehicles on the road is dramatically reduced.
