Extending the life of an ageing slate garage roof

I've used stick on flashing tape on the underside as a temporary bodge fix (that then lasted years).

Also slotted some DPC cut from a roll, worked a treat for a temp/bodge repair (well stopped the drips until I could get outside and clip the slates in back in place)

Then saved money until we could afford to have the whole roof reslated!
