External Solid Wall Insulation and Render - Airbrick Vents

Hi,
Can anyone recommend the correct spec for plastic vent covers to be fixed to silicone render on insulation in airbrick locations? Some of the vents will be fixed to curved render so they need to be flexible. Also what would be the best spec for the adhesive/sealant?
