Basing your terms and conditions on your experience can never be called pre-judging clients on colour, race or whatever. Simply sound business practise.

Can never understand why it always has to be coated with prejudice against race, religion, country of origin or even male/female.

Well I as I said before. Any decent person will not try to re-negotiate the prices after they have received the service at a agreed price.

Guess we will have to agree to dis-agree.
 
I know that things are a bit tougher for them at the moment - they're not full-time landlords, the property was left to them by an aunt - and their financial situation has taken a bit of a dive.

Jeez, I'm weeping for them.
