Having been lucky enough to work with Jenson in his first year at in F1 I can only say how pleased I am for him. It woukd have happened much sooner if he's had a decent car.

I'm sorry
Your apology is accepted.

do you know anything about me to enable you to pass comment?
Maybe I do, and maybe I don't. What is it that you think I should know?

Was he surrounded by decent people in his first year? Did all of those decent people somehow fail to provide him with a decent car? Or did he have the perfect team and the perfect car and fail to win because he wasn't good enough? I don't know. It's all just postulates.

2000 Williams.
2001 Benetton, which in 2002 became Renault F1.
BAR in 2003.
BAR was renamed Honda for the 2006 season, during which Button won his first Grand Prix in Hungary, on 6 August 2006, after 113 races.
2009 Brawn.

Throughout his career he's driven for a team which at some point have won the world championship, so they must all have been decent cars imho.

Think I preferred Goldberg when he posted as Softus  just sounds like a tit now.

Surprised me did our Jensen with a well driven race yesterday.

Am I the only one who never doubted him? What is about British Culture to assume the worst?

softberg cant help but post after the event. No real value to the discussion but im sure 'it' is admiring 'its' un-committed approach.

boxcleva had a much more mature attitude.

Paul.
