Just found this odd website.

Among the list:

Two brothers of Osama bin Laden killed in seperate crashes 68 & 88.

Samantha Smith (11) famous for writing to Andropov about nuclear war.

Yuri Gagarin 1968 Military fighter crash near Moscow.....never knew that....

Didn't know about Audie Murphy or Frank Sinatra's mother. Or Gary Powers (U2 Pilot). Nor "Shirley" Strachan who was front-man to the famous Oz Band 'Skyhooks' (maybe he hit one?). You sometimes see him on TV as the Oz version of 'Handy Andy'.

That takes me back! Living in Oz in the early eighties, Shirley presented a childrens tv show Shirls Neighbourhood, anyway there was a much hyped Skyhooks reunion live on TV, I was expecting something of the calibre of Queen or Led Zeppelin. Imagine my reaction when Shirley came on stage, a bit like Brian Cant fronting The Stones

I saw them live once on the steps of the Opera House.
