It was and it wasn't. Numbers will shoot up when children go back, but the deaths per case are likely to stay similarly low. We're averaging 100 deaths with around 30,000 cases. During wave 2 we saw 10 times that many deaths for the same sort of case rates.I think the problems start when kids go back to school.
